Think of Putin as the lying boss and Trump as his loyal crony. Their threat to democracy couldn’t be greater.

I spent most of my career as a VP at a top international consulting company. We were often called in by a client when their senior managers couldn’t agree. On big projects I, backed by a team of experts, was often called to arbitrate. Usually, we discovered that one of the client’s managers was lying and stacking his staff with cronies who would back him up so that he could grab total power.

That, I’m sorry to say, is exactly what’s happening today in the Ukraine as Donald Trump and Joe Biden struggle for election as our next president.

Vladimir Putin, of course, is the lying boss and Trump his loyal crony, who in all his years in the public eye has never said a bad word about Putin. In fact, in his latest statement on the war in Ukraine, Trump reiterated his frequent statement that he could resolve the war in 20 minutes.

Putin’s solution — which Trump finally revealed in the past few days — is to “withdraw all American support” and throw America’s long-time allies in Europe to the dogs. Not coincidentally, this came as Trump was being visited by Victor Orban who is another country leader who was converted by Putin.

I think it couldn’t be clearer that Putin is “power mad” and wishes to run the world — using Trump to enslave the USA.

Americans need to wake up and persuade all the western world to vote for democracy — without Trump or Putin.
