The Indian Youth Congress held a protest in New Delhi on Monday demanding an investigation to be opened into Adani Group and against alleged investments by Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) and State Bank of India (SBI) in the group.
During the protest, demonstrators demanded a Joint Parliament Committee probe over the Adani, a business conglomerate operating in India and accused of fraud.
Several protesters were arrested amidst clashes with police officers during the rally.
