Germany: Thousands take to streets in Stuttgart for anti-government rally
Thousands of protesters took to the streets in Stuttgart on Sunday to march and rally against sanctions, weapon deliveries to Ukraine, and rising energy costs.
Footage features people chanting, waving German and Russian flags, and holding banners and placards with some of them reading: ‘No solidarity with bad politics! Stop that!’, ‘Germany stands up, new democracy, politician liability, receiving cash, right of veto’, and ‘With the promise you are fixed! But in truth, they do nothing!’ as they marched through the city.
