Is tonight the night that the Boston Celtics raise Banner 18?

Boston will look to complete its sweep of the Dallas Mavericks in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Friday night, with tip-off at American Airlines Center set for 8:30 p.m.

The Mavericks have been pushed to the brink by a stout Celtics team that once again came through in crunch time during Game 3 on Wednesday night. Jaylen Brown — who might be the leader in the clubhouse for NBA Finals MVP — led the way in Wednesday’s 106-99 win with 30 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists.

Dallas is trying to become the first team in NBA history to claw back and win a series after trailing 3-0. The Mavericks are still bolstered by their backcourt of Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic (who is looking to bounce back from a dreadful Game 3 performance), but Boston will also have Kristaps Porzingis back on Wednesday night — albeit under limited minutes.

Follow along for live updates from Friday’s potential championship-clinching contest, and stick around after the game for more Celtics content.

8:22: Meanwhile, at what already looks like a rocking TD Garden — the Celtics are all accounted for.

8:15: Sure feels like Porzingis is more of a victory cigar tonight than an actual option on the court.

8:15: A whole lot of Celtics fans there in Dallas.

8:05: Celtics starters: Holiday-White-Brown-Tatum-Horford

8:00: Geno Time already in Dallas?

7:40: It will be fascinating to see how much Porzingis plays on Friday. With Mazzulla noting that Porzingis is “not quite there” and will only play under “specific instances”, it does seem like Boston will only turn to the big man under dire situations — or perhaps with just a few seconds left in a win.

7:30: The Jays have arrived.
